Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Policy: Once you sign my contract, (accept verbally, or via e-mail) the time for which you want Mind Your Manor to perform services for you will be reserved in my calendar. In the event that you cancel for any reason at any time prior to the scheduled commencement date, you shall be responsible for any loss of income sustained by Mind Your Manor. In the event Mind Your Manor replaces your cancelled time with another contract, with at least 90% the value of your contract, there will be no monies owed by you to Mind Your Manor. If Mind Your Manor cannot substitute another contract for your time period or, if so, the substituted contract is less than 90% the value of your contract, reimbursement is owed by you to Mind Your Manor.
Weekly Clients (Monday through Friday): If you cancel service and you give us more than 24 hours notice you will not be charged for the day you are canceling. The other days of service will be charged at our regular rates. If you do not give us more than 24 hours notice you will be charged for the day you are canceling and the other days will remain at your regular weekly rate. In accordance with our new policy, the holidays we take off, unless service is requested, are New Years Day, Memorial Day, President's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Please note that we take off Independence Day, if and only if, it falls on a Monday or a Friday. Also, if you do not need service when Independence Day falls on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday it is your responsibility to inform us.
Payments may be made every week, bi-weekly, or monthly.
