Testimonials
Hi,
We highly recommend Mind Your Manor for pet sitting and/or house sitting. We have been utilizing Mind Your Manor services for about a year for our three dogs. Dan the owner is very professional with clear policies regarding his business. This helps prevent misunderstandings and Dan has been a very good communicator. Our e-mail requests or phone messages are responded to and acknowledged when needed in a timely manner. Most importantly Dan has common sense when it comes to taking care of our dogs in our absence. All of our dogs seem well cared for and happy when we get home after being gone. It gives us great peace of mind to know that we can rely on Mind Your Manor any day that we need them to care for our family members in our absence. I have found Mind Your Manor to be one of the most reliable pet sitting services that we have done business with so far.

Dear Dan,
Ken and I both wanted to thank you for all of your top-notch service over the years. Your conscientiousness and total dependability means that we can go away with no concerns. Not only do you take excellent care of our cat, Fred, but you also have, on many occasions, taken excellent care of our house without any specific request from us to do so. Whether it's contacting the oil company about our furnace, shoveling the walk after a snow storm, or just ensuring that our cat is happy, you consistently go to any lengths to provide first class service.
We look forward to doing business with you for many years to come.
Thank you.
We have used Mind Your Manor daily, Monday through Friday, year-round for four years. Dan or one of his employees visits daily for midday animal walks and care, and we have also used Mind Your Manor’s live-in overnight service several times to care for special-needs/elderly pets while we have been away. We continue to be very pleased by the daily service, and each time we have used the live-in overnight service, my animals have obviously been happy and well cared for and the house has been in immaculate
condition upon my return. One of my animals requires twice daily injections and other medications, which Dan is able to administer, and another animal, a rescued dog, has ongoing separation anxiety problems. All my animals (2 dogs, 2 cats) are especially fond of Dan but have also responded well to other staff members on occasions when Dan has let us know that another of his staff members will be "covering" for a day. Dan has invariably been responsive to our occasional need for "extra" (dinnertime) visits due to our work obligations. We try to schedule any "extra" visits as far ahead as we can anticipate our own schedule, and "live in" overnight caretaking obviously needs to be scheduled with as much notice as possible because Mind Your Manor does a lot of live-in service! However, our experience is that Dan works hard to meet even last-minute or unanticipated needs. Dan and his employees are extremely observant, and any time they have noticed any sort of possible problem or issue at our home, in our absence, they have let us know immediately.
Though "extras" like wheeling in trash bins or moving delivered packages indoors are not "part of the contract," Dan and his staff invariably take care of those things on their daily visits. It's a pleasure to work with Dan and his staff. Highly recommended!
